The Picnic Patch is a house consisting of a kitchen with double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with TV and dining for four guests. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravel, patio, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: The on-site bar is open Sunday to Thursday, 7pm - 10:30pm and 7:30pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday. Note: At the restaurant, evening meals can be pre-booked Monday to Thursday in our dining room by 10am that morning, subject to capacity and charge. Note: The gym is available for guests over the age of 18, open Monday to Thursday 5pm - 7pm. Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival.
