The property offers a meet and greet service at the Laundry Kafe (key collection point - 4 minutes walk from property).

Guests are kindly asked to provide a check-in time slot between 14:30 and 19:00. Please be aware that the reception is not staffed 24-hours per day. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests arriving outside the check-in times must request this at the time of making the booking as it cannot be guaranteed.

Guests who miss the selected check in time must supply a new one, which is at least 2 hours notice and is subject to approval by property owner.

For same day bookings, please allow a minimum of 2 hours in advance of your arrival time, subject to approval by property owner.

There is a strict no smoking policy at the property with a fine of GBP 250 in case of smoking.

Children cannot be accommodated at the property, and additional guests are not permitted. If you violate these rules, you will be asked to leave without a refund and or charged per additional person.

There is a late check-in fee of GBP 80.

If you take the parking permit, you will be fined GBP 250.

Guests must be ages 21 years or over.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
