At Baytree Cottage, we offer B&B and two self catering accommodation. We are set in 10 acres of land. There are paddocks, woodland and garden areas. Both The Potting Shed & The Garden Shed sits in its own grounds and is great for a short brake or a holiday, but we also have guests who are working in the area and enjoy more space a freedom with self catering. They are lovely places to stay and cosy up in the winter or a light open space in the summer!!! We are mostly around the grounds if anyone need anything. In The Potting Shed we welcome dogs and have space for a child under 10 years. We do not allow dogs in The Garden Shed. There is plenty of room in the living area and the bedroom. It has a large fenced in garden in The Potting Shed.

My name is Loraine and I run my B&B and holiday cottage with my partner Martin. I have a large family who all live near, which is great as I love children, but do not worry, there are no children around when guests are staying. I really enjoy meeting different people from all over the world. I have had a B&B now for over 6 years and I still love opening the door and welcoming guest into our home. My home is also very important to me, as before I ran a B&B, I built and renovated houses in Wales, which I loved, but now I am older I enjoy gardening, which is good as we have 10 acres here at Baytree Cottage.

We are very easy to find, just before you get to Carmarthen. Baytree Cottage & The Potting Shed is about 10 mins from Carmarthen. In Carmarthen there are lots of good pubs and restaurants and a superb old theatre... There are lots of places in the area of interest. The Botanic Gardens of Wales is just down the road. Aberglasney is a beautiful house and gardens. Well worth a visit. We are a fabulous place to stay as a base and explore all the great places West Wales has to offer.
