One of the finest approaches to the city and just a 200 metre walk to Bootham Bar, Exhibition Square and just a short distance further into the city centre, shops and walks by the river. Being in the centre of York, there is no need for a car, and we are a 15-minute walk from York Train Station. However, if you are travelling to us by car we have a permit for the local car park you can use for free during your stay.

This spacious duplex apartment is designed with Mid-Century style furniture and Slim Aarons and Bo Lundberg prints. Upstairs is a spacious, apex roofed, fabulously designed living, kitchen and dining room with industrial loft style wall, sumptuous green sofa and chairs, 43" Samsung Smart TV (with Netfilx App etc) and Denon Bluetooth sub-woofer soundbar for music streaming. The first balcony has stunning York Minster views - a beautiful space to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. Downstairs there are three large bedrooms. The second/master bedroom has a King-size bed. Full width sliding doors give access to the second balcony – again with fantastic Minster views. This room has an en suite with large rainfall shower, basin, toilet, feature mirrored alcoves, downlights and night lighting. The third bedroom has a King-sized bed, that can be split into two single beds on request, also leads onto the balcony.
