The property will send you an SMS on day of arrival around 14:30 with the code to the front door so that you can check yourself in from 15:00. This will be sent to the number attached to the booking. If you wish it to be sent to a different number, you will be asked additional security questions. The property require you to be contactable by mobile phone or email during your stay.
Please note that the lodge operates a self check-in policy and you are unlikely to see a member of staff during your stay. A housekeeper will be available by telephone.
Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 can be arranged for a GBP 10 surcharge. This is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Please note that a maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated at this property for an additional cost of GBP 10 per pet per stay (pets are not suitable for the small double room).
The property is close to train station and hospital and some of the rooms may be affected by noise.
As the rooms are small and there are steep stairs, this property may not be suitable for those with mobility problems. If unsure please ask.
