The property available is a self-contained one bedroom annex with private entrance and parking. Earlier this year (2025) is was renovated for the purpose of becoming a holiday-let. It features an open plan kitchen and living space downstairs with access to the patio from the living area and a spiral staircase leads up to the bedroom and a large bathroom. The bathroom has a full size bath and shower. The decor of the annex was chosen to be inviting, relaxing and comfortable. It features paintings by myself and my grandma, with additional textiles, colours and accessories specifically chosen to compliment the artwork. The property is contained but spacious, situated in a beautiful area and close to the university and Colchester.
