It is situated on the West End of Princes Street, with views of Edinburgh Castle. The Rutland is between Edinburgh's shopping and financial districts. The Scott Monument is a 15-minute walk away, and the EICC can be reached in under 10 minutes’ walk. Each unique room is chic and elegant.
