The Studio is a single-storey property featuring a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, basin, and WC. It includes a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and washing machine. The living/dining room has a woodburning stove, a TV, and a selection of books. Electric central heating is provided. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for one car. Outside, you'll find a non-enclosed garden with decking, a lawn, table and chairs, a picnic bench, and an apple tree. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking. The nearest shop is 2.8 miles away, the pub is 2 miles, and the beach is just 0.1 mile away. Have a romantic getaway at The Studio. Please note: there are steps leading up to the property, and the garden is not enclosed, so pets must be supervised. Guests are welcome to pick apples when in season. Truro is the retail centre of Cornwall with a good range of independent shops as well as national stores all within a compact city centre. With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself. With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
