Swan Studios is run by Kirsty & Chris Stevens who live onsite in the main building. They formally ran the property as an Inn - 'The Swan at Choppington', but retired from the pub business in October 2018 after 12 years, retaining the guest bedrooms which now form Swan Studios. Kirsty's parents ran the business before them, and as a family they have been offering hospitality in this corner of south east Northumberland for over 48 years!

Our en-suite room at Swan Studios provides comfortable accommodation for 1 or 2 guests. We have a bus stop directly outside the property, and buses run up to 3 times an hour to and from the centre of Newcastle. We are an ideal base for exploring the delights of Northumberland including Holy Island (Lindisfarne), Alnwick Gardens, the Market Town of Morpeth and the glorious unspoilt Northumbrian Coast. For the genealogy enthusiast we are approximately 4 miles from the Northumberland Archives at Woodhorn, Queen Elizabeth II Country Park, Ashington. Our large, ground floor, en-suite rooms offers accommodation for 1 or 2 guests with a double or twin beds, comfortable seating area with coffee table, flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, crockery & cutlery, and some with microwave, toaster, and dining Table. Free WiFi and private parking is included directly outside the room. The room is un-serviced with access provided by a key-box. The key-box code is issued by text/ email on receipt of booking. PLEASE NOTE: The bar & restaurant previously provided by The Swan at Choppington is now closed. Our rooms are now offered for sale on a room only basis without the adjacent Pub.
