It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable 300 GBP deposit (with a small, non-refundable 4.70 GBP fee for UK cards or 9.00 GBP for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable 30 GBP damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to 300 GBP during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.

The property is set in half an acre of mature grounds, neatly tucked away from the main road in a quiet position with generous driveway parking. The flexible and spacious accommodation is laid out over three floors, with stunning wooden beams and a huge range of character-features throughout, Downstairs offers a lovely farmhouse-style kitchen - well stocked with all the basics you need to cook up a storm, whether that’s a cosy family cooking night or a big breakfast to fuel you for a busy day of exploring the local area! We also have a large beautiful dining room so you can all enjoy meals and quality time together! A cosy living room with substantial inglenook fireplace, comfortable sofas and a smart TV is perfect if you’re planning a film marathon or just reading a great book in front of the large log-burner. A second living room, also with comfortable sofa, offers fantastic views of the garden and a second smart TV. Upstairs you’ll find our stunning 5 bedrooms, perfect for switching off and getting some well-deserved rest! Our home boasts 1 king size master suite with en-suite, 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, making this the ideal home for all groups, family or friends! A large landing also boasts amazing views of the garden and is furnished with lots of cushions and bean bags(!) - a great space and play-area for children if the adults want the living rooms to themselves!
