This luxury house is centrally located for all amenities - Southend University Hospital, Roots Hall Football Stadium, Southend Airport, Train station, City centre, Seafront and beach, Cinema, Bars Shopping Centre and Restaurants as well as numerous industrial areas all within a few minutes drive from the apartment. IMPORTANT: Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to upload their valid proof of ID, sign terms and conditions of their stay with us digitally, authorise damage deposits and provide a few other details in order to complete the check-in process. Parking anywhere on the street (one way) is free - no permits or parking fee needed. Wherever you can find an empty space on the road, just park!
