A lovely, modern, detached coach house conversion with large garden offering peace and quiet and privacy with off road parking behind electric gates. The property has a super king size bed for ultimate comfort which can be split into two single beds whilst a sofa bed downstairs offers additional sleeping, if required. Upstairs is an en-suite toilet with a main bathroom downstairs with large shower. There is a full kitchen and dining table with four chairs and smart TVs to both floors as well as Wi-Fi.
Having booked several properties in the UK I understand what guests would like in a short term let property and we do our best to ensure this is perfect for your stay.
A lovely quiet village on the Wirral with plenty of restaurants, bars and takeaways located right next to the M53 motorway network and served by a direct bus link every 15 minutes to Liverpool City Centre. We are just 8 minutes from free parking at the nearest Merseyrail station, Leasowe offering trains every 15 minutes to Liverpool, Chester and beyond. Also at Leasowe is the nearest beach to us with beautiful sunsets and views of the North Wales and Sefton coasts.
Upton Village has a launderette, ATMs and 2 filling stations (one is 24 hrs) as well as a large supermarket. There are several excellent hairdresser and beauty salons as well as a number of barbers for special occasions. In the village you will also find two cafes including Bake My Day which offers wonderful home made baking and
Afternoon Teas.
