The building itself is a wonderful Grade 2 star property near Plymouth Hoe, built in the mid 1800s, with a wide sweeping staircase going up through the middle of the building providing access to all of the apartments . The apartment itself has four bedrooms, two with king sized beds, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite plus a full family bathroom.
