Enter from the front yard into the hallway and you’ll find the separate dining room with ample seating for six – the perfect space for a family games night! Beyond here, nestle into the comfortable lounge with deep cushioned sofas and enjoy the SMART TV and traditional wood-burning stove. Off the lounge is the modern kitchen, with everything you’ll need to self-cater after a day on the fells and plenty of workspace for the whole family to lend a hand with the dinner. To the rear of the house, there’s a good-sized private courtyard with ample seating – arguably, a golden ticket when it comes to town centre accommodation! Leading from the lounge, follow the slate staircase down to the first king-sized bedroom with an en-suite shower room, ambient lighting and tasteful furnishings. Upstairs, the first floor showcases a second king-sized bedroom and a further twin bedroom – both sharing the family bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and WC. All three bedrooms have a good amount of storage, a TV and double-glazed windows.
