To the north and within easy reach are Druidstone and Nolton, the vast expanse of beach at Newgale, the quaint harbour village of Solva and the famous city of St Davids. Heading a short distance south is charming Little Haven, Martin's Haven with it's ferry crossing to wonderful Skomer island famous for its puffins, the dramatic cliffs and beach at Marloes, and onto Dale, situated in the lee of the mouth of the River Cleddau and popular with dingy sailing.
