In the town centre & a short walk to the racecourse. This 2 bed & 2 bath penthouse was fully refurbished in February 2022. The 713 sq ft penthouse offers a walk on roof terrace with a private hot tub, outdoor seated bar area, & views of Cheltenham town centre & surrounding hills. An excellent base to explore Cheltenham & the Cotswolds. with free on-site parking available. 75" flat screen TV with Netflix included Both bedrooms have 6ft Superking hotel standard beds Also see my other Penthouses (located in the same block) listed as "Central Penthouse with Hot Tub & Views 23" and "Central Penthouse with Hot Tub & Views 24" Or you can search them by postcode (GL52 2NB) or search for apartments in Cheltenham and in the filters tab under facilities tick Hot Tub. All three apartments are unique and rare in that they are town centre apartments that offer private hot tubs high up and have stunning views. There is certainly no other such facilities within 50 mile radius, and all are specked to a high standard

Set in the town centre (3 minute walk to Cheltenham High Street), overlooking the Brewery Leisure complex, and approximately 10 minutes walk to the Racecourse Few minutes walk from all of Cheltenham's attractions.
