Tregwary Cottage dates back to the 18th century and would originally have been home to local fishermen and their families. The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard and offers comfortable accommodation with all the amenities of Newlyn right on your doorstep. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms located on the first floor. The first has a UK Kingsize bed and the second can be either a twin with 2 single 2ft6 beds or these can be linked to create another UK Kingsize. Both bedrooms have hanging and drawer space, bedside tables and lamps, full length mirrors and a hairdryer is also supplied for your convenience. The bathroom is on the same floor as the bedrooms and has a full size bath with shower over. The well equipped kitchen has a bar area with 2 stools and all the appliances you would expect. The sunny paved outside space is accessed from the kitchen and provides the opportunity for al fresco meals and drinks. The lounge is the main focal point of the cottage and has a fireplace with flame effect heater, farmhouse table with chairs, window seat, 32 inch smart TV, selection of games, a comfy 3 seater sofa that you won't want to leave and a large armchair.

I grew up in West Cornwall and having lived away in London, Cambridge and Egypt I moved back again in 2014 with my young family. Tregwary cottage is located in a quiet historic part of the village, free from traffic with rows of cottages and part cobbled walkways. You will find a bakery, butcher, fresh fish shops, deli, small supermarket, Newlyn Filmhouse and a number of excellent restaurants and take aways all within a few minutes walk of the cottage. For those travelling without their own transport the cottage is also superbly located for direct buses towards Mousehole, Penzance, Porthcurno, Lamorna, Sennen, Land's End and the railway station.
