Michelle & Jason Farmer, Lucie & Paul Jones own and run Cottalia Breaks, we started the business in 2021 when we bought Treworgie Barton. We fell in love with the place at first sight with its amazing views & peace and quiet. We are working hard to continuously improve the cottages sometimes with huge changes, sometimes just subtle little things, we care greatly about our site and our guests stay.

Being single-storey, Warner cottage has been converted to offer easy access accommodation. The windows and patio door off the living area let natural light in and afford a lovely view of the surrounding woodlands, sink into the comfy sofas and enjoy relaxing after a day out adventuring. There is now a pellet stove in the living area for heating and giving a real fire as well as heating from a renewable power source. Whilst the property sleeps two, one of the sofas can turn into a sofa bed offering additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped and with oodles of space you can truly relax and unwind here. A decked area leads from the living-room via patio doors, giving you the perfect space to connect with nature, sit amongst the trees and listen to bird song with your morning coffee. The spacious bedroom with a comfy super king bed, lovely linens and an armchair for some peaceful holiday reading really allows you to relax and unwind. A second decked area can be found through the bedroom patio doors, where you can sit amongst the foliage and listen to the leaves rustling, ideal for some quiet contemplation. There's a games room available for all to use with a pool table, air hockey, darts board, black board and some outdoor games.

Treworgie Barton is steeped in history, going back to the doomsday book. The modern Treworgie is on the North Cornish coast between Bude & Tintagel, set in 36 acres of farmland & woodland. We offer unmatched tranquillity, with peace and quiet and dark skies. We may sound remote but we are just 1 mile from the nearest pub and shop, 2 miles from the nearest beach, 9 miles from Bude.
