The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric woodburner. The bedrooms consist of two double rooms with Smart TVs, there is also a shower room. Outside there is a lawn with picnic table and elevated decking with garden furniture. Within 2.7 miles there is a shop and 2.8 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ty-Coed is a wonderful setting for getaway to North Wales. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of Site rules, request dogs to be kept on leads, however, there is a3.5 acre enclosed dog exercise area close to the cabin where they canrun Dog owners are respectfully asked that dogs are not left alone inthe cabin and to bring their dogs bedding / throws and dog towels There is a small shop selling essentials, a small launderette anda bistro on the Property access is not suitable for guests with mobility issues asthere is a steep slope leading from the carpark, 4 steps leading up tothe decking and a step up into the Children are welcome but the property is not suitable for infants.
