Upsidedown House is a modern semi-detached house situated in the Brewers Quay area in Weymouth, Dorset and benefits from a first-floor balcony. The house can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms, one family room with a king size and single bed with en-suite facilities, one twin bedroom and one single as well as a family bath room. The rest of the house is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the house is off road allocated parking for two cars in an electronically gated secure residents parking area and a rear patio area with garden furniture. Upsidedown House is located in a quiet residential area of Weymouth with secure gated entry close to Weymouth harbour, Upsidedown House would be suitable for a family or group of friends. Note: max 6 guests need to provide their own cot welcomes one small dog Fayre In The Square (usually late May Bank Holiday weekend each year) and Wessex Folk Festival (usually first weekend of Jun each year, and the Seafood Festival (usually a weekend in July). These fantastic free festivals see the harbour and Hope Square closed to traffic. With live music, entertainment and stalls throughout the weekend. This may cause some inconvenience due to some road closures and parking restrictions. This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.
