Victoria 24 is a touch of seaside chic situated in the Victorian town of Llandudno, North Wales. A bright and spacious first floor apartment located only 200 yards away from the promenade. Co-op, chemist, cozy cafes and restaurants can all be found within walking distance . The three bedroom, large bathroom property provides an exceptional standard of accommodation with free WI FI and Smart TV/DVD combination, furnished to a high standard. On the first floor there is a large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and a high chair available for the smaller guest. The third bedroom is on this floor with a full size 4'6" sofa bed. Toys, books and games can all be found in this room. The relaxing, light and spacious lounge is furnished in co-coordinating fabrics with a 3 Seater and 2 Seater sofa, chair and footstool, reading lamp, coffee table and matching table lamp. The 6 seat dining table provides the opportunity to enjoy a more formal dining experience. A light and airy staircase with Velux window leads to the second floor,the master bedroom, twin room and bathroom. Due to the number of stairs we do not recommend the property for anyone with reduced mobility

We originally purchased the apartment as our holiday home whilst living in Staffordshire. As a family we spent many weekends, holidays and at Christmas time enjoying its beautiful seaside location. So when retirement came upon us we decided to relocate to North Wales. We have never looked back and now as grandparents we love nothing more than enjoying life here with our family and living by the sea and yet being only a short distance away from some of the most spectacular countryside and scenery on offer. However, due to the number of stairs in the property and Robert suffering with severe arthritis we eventually made the decision to move nearby to somewhere more suitable to his needs. We have now refurbished our lovely apartment and are looking forward to our guests enjoying their stay and visiting the many attractions in Llandudno and the surrounding area.

There is so much to see and enjoy in and around Llandudno. Take a trip around The Great Orme. A 10 min drive will take you to the walled town of Conwy where you will see one of the most impressive castles in Wales.VisitThe Welsh Mountain Zoo,a conservation zoo,again only 10 min drive away. Experience the thrill of The Zip World Adventures,a 30 min drive,where you’ll find Europe’s longest zip wire. Titan,,Bounce Below and Zip World Caverns, are some of the many attractions on offer. Not forgetting the mini adventurers try Treehoppers or Tree Top Safari. Surf Snowdonia is set amongst forest and mountains of Snowdonia,and is the worlds first inland surf lagoon, offering the opportunity for both beginners and those more experienced to enjoy the wave together. In all, an amazing fun filled time can be had, and only a short distance away from your holiday home. Golfers will be challenged by some of the finest courses around. Fancy a theatre break? why not visit Venue Cymru, our local theatre, which is within walking distance from the apartment, featuring regular performances by both classical and chart topping artists.
