With one dining area, one living room, a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms and larger than average bathroom there is plenty of space for everyone at Fairhome Place! There is an outdoor seating area and garden for children to play in. We do have a travel cot available on request, and have an iron, ironing board and hairdryer available. The kitchen has an induction hob and oven, along with the usual kettle/toaster/microwave and a coffee machine. We also provide a dishwasher to make things a bit easier while you are away - no fighting over the washing up here! There is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit in the kitchen, along with carbon monoxide detectors on both floors. There is a spacious clawfoot bathtub and separate shower in the bathroom, and both bedrooms have a double bed and space to hang clothes. There is space on the drive for parking for one car. We aren't able to facilitate electric car charging unfortunately due to our insurances however there are multiple EV charging points in Chester (see Guest Book for more information!) We do have a doorbell camera which is used for security and safety reasons - this complies with UK law.

Situated in Boughton, this is a lovely area with easy access to anything & everything! We have corner shops, bigger shops like Aldi and Home Bargains within easy walking distance, along with multiple cafes, pubs and restaurants - plenty to take your pick from without worrying about driving.
