Wagtail Cottage is a beautiful self catering cottage nestled in the ancient glen of Kilmartin. This cottage has far reaching views from the conservatory down the glen which is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the nature all around you. The village of Kilmartin is a half mile walk along footpaths where there is a museum highlighting some of the many incredible discoveries made in this area. Kilmartin also has a great cafe and pub. The area is well known for its natural beauty, inducing idyllic walks, cycling and outdoor activities, a great place for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Wagtail cottage has a lovely wood burning stove in the living room and views of the Glen from the dining table. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking during your stay and has both washing machine and dishwasher to make your stay a relaxing one. For miles around, Kilmartin Glen and the surrounding areas have stunning views, a well preserved and deep archaeological history, and is a place that offers solitude and calmness from daily life and routines. Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the local landscapes, wildlife and local sea views.
