If you are either walking the South Downs way or taking in bustling Brighton town, this apartment is a high standard with the bonus of Rottingdean village just a short drive or bus ride away. Extremely easy access to Brighton town, Stanmer Park, Sussex University and the beautiful South Downs National Park. This apartment has the most amazing views, on a clear day you will see from Rottingdean and all the way to the Isle of Wight. The apartment is warm, spacious and inviting, on entry to the house you will go up a flight of stairs to a door that has your own private key code. 18km from the fantastic Glyndebourne Opera house, Firle estate, Virginia Wolf's house in Rodmell Village, and the amazing historical Bloomsbury retreat Charleston House. Pets considered on additional fee.
