Your Quay to relaxation Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly.
