Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, a pond and a private footpath, shared with neighbouring properties that leads to Coniston water and lake shore access, along with a private driveway. This is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.5 miles, and Coniston Water in 0.3 miles.
