PLEASE NOTE: For bookings from 20th-30th of December it is strictly room only, hence the lower rate. There is no breakfast service available during this time and bar/restaurant service times are different to usual. Please see our website for our opening times during this period. We are a small 7 bedroom hotel situated along the River Waveney, with beautiful views over the marshes (not all rooms) with the Carlton marshes nature reserve accessible via our foot ferry (please ask at reception for times) We have a pub, restaurant, games room and an indoor swimming pool for you to enjoy.
