Perfectly positioned on the border of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Yet buffered by a cushion of farmland affording peace and tranquility to the property. We have a stable on site housing horses. If you’d like you can ask to interact with them. This opportunity is open to all age groups. The guest bedrooms are in the original farmhouse. This building is only lightly used by my small family, as we live in the adjoined brick barn conversion. In the original farmhouse is: a large living room, kitchen, utility (with washer dryer), downstairs loo with 2nd shower, hallway. Upstairs are the guest bedrooms plus the large bathroom, which is private to the guests. The farmhouse is in a peaceful setting. If you need us we are only a message away (mostly managing the horses 🐴) If you're booking the bedroom titled: Double Room with private bathroom; you will have an ensuite bathroom private to your bedroom. The other three bedrooms share two non en-suite bathrooms.

You can see the neighbours (ie other farmhouses), but they are out of earshot The village of Swinderby is a few minutes walk and has a pub, The Plough. The village of Collingham is a short drive (4 minutes), and has a couple of pubs, medium size Co-op store, and walking routes along the River Trent Travel detail: Rail - 13 minutes by car / cab from Newark Northgate station, which is on the fast East Coast Mainline from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh. 4 minutes by car / cab from Swinderby station Road - 9 minutes by car from the A1 7 minutes by car from the A17 2 minutes by car from the A46 (close but far enough) Bus - 45 minute journey from Lincoln Bus Station to the centre of the village of Swinderby (then 10 minute walk here)
