We live in a country bungalow surrounded on all sides by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property while guests will reside on the ground floor, enjoying a large superking or twin room , a double room or a twin room ( a choice of 2 out of the 3 bedrooms for one family or guest bubble), a family bathroom with walk in shower and a bath . Guests have their own entrance and sole use of the lounge which has panoramic views across the fields and hills. A mini fridge & microwave is also available for guests. All of the rooms and guest facilities are on the ground floor providing almost self contained accommodation. The garden and our land extend to about 2 acres with numerous areas to relax and some with complete privacy away from the house. There is an extensive parking area and space to safely stow kayaks or bikes if required . A continental breakfast is included in the price of the accommodation. We are situated only 5 minutes from the A38 Devon expressway , 20 minutes to Torquay and 10 minutes to Dartmoor and nearby historic market town of Totnes.

Hello ,I’m Shelley and i live at our lovely country retreat with my partner Pete and my son Ben. I enjoy spending time maintaining our gardens & encouraging wildlife to thrive. I also enjoy walking on Dartmoor with our dogs (Harvey our 4yr golden retriever & Elsie 1yr chocolate lab). We are extremely pet friendly & have plenty of outdoor space for your furry friends, to enjoy playtime. I love welcoming new & previous guests to our property & will always do my utmost to make your stay as comfortable & enjoyable ,as possible,whilst respecting your own space & privacy.

There are too many attractions and locations to list as we are so close to the South Devon coast and the beautiful Dartmoor national park. Buckfast abbey and the South Devon steam railway are only 5 minutes away. The River Dart and a kayaking run are just a few minutes away and a 20 minute drive would reach towns such as Totnes , Torquay , Paignton and a few mile further to Dartmouth and Salcombe. There are several excellent pubs only 5 or 10 minutes drive such as The Cott at Dartington and the Dartbridge Inn.
