Nice double room in a unique & western inspired home with sea views. Private toilet on same floor and use of shower in main upstairs bathroom. Just 5 min walk from the South Downs with panoramic views where you can meet horses, lamas and other animals. Lovely country pub nearby. Free parking and the 14 bus is just 3 minutes walk away with quick access to Brighton. Space shared with my wife Natalya and our 2 friendly indoor cats. About this place: Nice double room with lovely garden view in this unique & quirky detached home with far reaching views of the sea. Rustic/western inspired decoration to a high standard, private toilet ( toilet and sink) on same floor as the room and use of shower in shared main bathroom on 1st floor. The room is in the main house not in the cabin. Both the room and private toilet are on the ground floor. Our main bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. Shower is only available in the main bathroom. Clean towels available. Coffee & Tea making facilities available in the room free of charge. Kitchen and living room is our private space and not included as part of the stay but if you have any requests we will try to accommodate you. No pets allowed

I usually work from home (Monday to Friday) so I am around if guests need any help during their stay. We take our guests lead with the level of interaction during their stay. If you got any questions about the area and things to do please ask and we are happy to help. Live at the property with my Wife Natalya and our 2 indoor cats who are very friendly and might ask for attention when you stay.

Things to in the area: Beach is 15 min walk and Brighton and Eastbourne cities are within easy reach, we also got Seven Sisters national park and the South Downs with spectacular views and amazing walks near by. If you want to go horse riding there are stables near by and you can also go meet our local lamas and other animals. If the ocean is to cold for you then there is a lovely art deco lido just 5 min drive or a few bus stops away If your into wine then there is a great vineyard not far from us with wine tasting tours and a great bar with gorgeous views. There are also a number of charming villages with lovely country pubs nestled around the area. The ferry from Newhaven to France is also very close.
