The beautiful estuary, which separates Hayle and Lelant, is a wonderful spot for watersports. You have the lovely beach bar Gilberts, right on the water's edge, perfect for a sunset tipple. Hayle beach is a 3-mile-long sandy beach that stretches from Hayle Estuary ,the most south westerly estuary in the UK, also home to a variety of birds perfect for keen bird watchers. Fancy a day by the pool? Why not visit Hayle Outdoor Swimming Pool, open during the summer season so perfect for those hot Cornish days. It is an open-air pool, heated using a solar covering, and located on King George Memorial Walk in Hayle, this walk is lit by lights at night making it great for evening strolls.
