I like to offer an affordable, clean & tidy, fully kitted out caravan with all you'll need at a very very competitive price. I would never charge prices that i would not pay myself for one & am very fair across the board. I endeavour to make all my guests welcome, cosy and comfy + i want you all to have a decent stay. Everything is in good order and fully working too + it really is a nice set up. 320 plus square feet of space and of course a grassed garden area + in addition a front decking section to chill out on, complete with furniture + comfortable and contemporary cushions (where you can relax and unwind). The van is not water front/waterside but it is only a few mins walk to the lakes and wooded area and it is on a nice part of site and pretty quiet for sure, n' relaxing. One of the much less busy areas of 7 Lakes is The Willows, footfall and traffic wise, and is tucked away a bit. We love it here. For further info It is also only a few minutes walk to reception, security, the sales offices, ice cream parlour, launderette, bar and restaurant etc. All nicely located + within easy reach. The caravan also comes complete with a dvd player as well as a portable dvd player system too. There is a wide selection of dvd's to go at within, as well as some books + board games. A radio and Bluetooth speaker too + Free WiFi is also in the van via a 3 sim router. It also includes a brand spanking new gas oven + grill with a four top of hobs, kettle, toaster, fridge with ice box, separate freezer counter top unit in addition(as well), an air fryer, tower fans, digital radio, dehumidifier purifiers', oil filled radiators, gas fire (amongst other things). Everything is well kitted out + in great order and a lot within is brand new. It has a single bed in one bedroom, a foldable floor mattress in the lounge (standard 3ft single) and a standard double bed in the main bedroom. There is plenty of seating space too throughout, to chillax and to eat/drink. Nice space wise. All good.

The caravan is on 7 Lakes Country Park (there are now 10 or 11 lakes altogether however!) and set in beautiful woodland, surrounded by quality fishing lakes (relevant national uk rod licence is required as a must and also a permit from the office on site as well, in addition, with a daily or weekly set up charge. These are available at Reception) and tranquil waterside pathways and walks, offering the perfect setting for truly enjoying a different way of life within nature. A very peaceful place within the countryside. Beautiful. I am certain you will enjoy the place as much as we all do. It's great :)
