Private letting licence number with Fife Council is FI 00069 P Newly built in March 2022 in a peaceful part of St Monans Windmill Cottage is stylishly decorated. It has a large rear garden with garden furniture and beautiful landscape views from the front windows. Both the living area and the main bedroom have French doors out to the garden. The cottage is within easy walking distance to the village, harbour and coastal paths to Pittenweem, Anstruther & Ellie. It is a short car ride into St Andrews. There are many great golf courses nearby.

I am a retired primary teacher who loves to golf, walk and play badminton.

Set in a quiet area but easy access to quality restaurants and lovely coastal walks. Many golf courses within 7 miles. Bowhouse market is across the road and boasts a lovely cafe. There is a good bus service from st Monans to St Andrews and Leven/Glenrothes/Kirkcaldy.
