Y Lllofft is situated in the pretty village of Llanrhidian. Tucked away down a woodland lane (which is actually the Wales Coastal Path) . Y Llofft is a self contained 1 bed building with beautiful coastal views. Y Llofft is a light, bright modern space, with the majority of the accommodation upstairs in the ‘roof’ space. This does mean that there is limited head height in certain areas- but in no way does this detract from the spacious feel of Y Llofft. The wet room downstairs is tiled in natural stone, as is the secondary toilet upstairs. Upstairs the kitchen includes electric oven/grill, electric hob, integral fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave, as well as pots, pans, crockery and glassware. The open-plan sitting room contains a large sofa, coffee table, table and chairs and opens up to the balcony which has far reaching estuary views. In one direction you can see West Wales and in the other the Brecon Beacons! It also contains wifi, Echo dot and smart TV. The bedroom contains a superking bed and has views from a velux window over the garden area and the coastline beyond.

Situated on the Wales Coastal Path, which you conveniently step on as soon as you step off the driveway, explore and enjoy relaxing walks through miles of gentle countryside. Y llofft is situated in the small village of village, you are within strolling distance of The Welcome Pub which serves amazing food and is also dog friendly! There are a number of fabulous places to eat locally too! Gower is renowned for its unspoilt beaches, with Rhossilli Bay (6 miles away) being consistently named one of the top 10 beaches in the world and the best beach in the UK in a survey by travel website Trip Advisor. As well as walking or just enjoying the views, it is perfectly located for visiting beaches, cycling, swimming, surfing and for attending weddings. It really is a place where you can get away from it all & experience this beautiful area of Wales!
