We love to spend time on the Broads either on a boat or in a kayak; or taking Larry out to the beach - we love going to Happisburgh or Waxham for a beach walk, or over to Stiffkey for a walk on the salt marshes.

We’re pleased to welcome guests to our charming period B&B on the Norfolk Broads with homemade cake, fresh coffee, followed by a wonderful home-cooked breakfast in the morning. Our rooms have a kingsize bed, painted wooden furniture, smart TV & DVD player, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, luxury toiletries, 100% Egyptian cotton towels, Laura Ashley bedding, feather pillows & duvet, en-suite shower room. The building itself was previously an old working Saddlery. In its past life it was a popular village restaurant and now lends itself beautifully to a B&B. It's a character building with cottage-style doors, and has a very cosy feel to it. In our rooms you'll find Yorkshire tea, fresh cafetiere coffee and hot chocolate. We stock a range of fruit/ herbal teas and a fridge stocking fresh milk is available for guests to help themselves. Please note we share our home with our small Cockapoo dog (Larry) - we do ask him to stay downstairs. He is friendly and if you give him a fuss you'll have a best friend for life.

We love where we live - Norfolk is great for the beaches, salt marshes, historic city, and the Broads offering boating/ kayaking/ paddle-boarding/ bird watching/ fishing.... Neatishead is a lovely village with local pub, shop, beauty rooms & private swimming pool for hire. We're 3 miles from Wroxham where you can easily get a train into Norwich or out to the coast at Sheringham.
