Hey I'm Zak and my wife Marcela welcome you to are family's home..hold on don't forget Rocko are boxer dog (he likes to do meet and great) we have six holiday cottages that my family have just recently took over, me and Marcela are doing these beautiful cottages up, well most of the insides are done, the outsides are still keeping us busy. We strive in keeping people happy making them feel welcome and helping in any way. We are both keen travellers and we have stayed in many places all around the world, We want to try and bring our own touch to our place and treat people how we want to be treated. So we offer a chilled environment for you your family your friends and your pets to come along enjoy and forget about the busy lives at home.

Feel Welcome on Yetland Farm. Our cottages are situated in Berry Down, Its about 2 miles from the larger village of Combe Martin on the edge of Exmoor. You gonna find a beautiful local beach with small rocky coves especially good for rock pooling and exploring. The larger 3 mile long sand beach surfing beaches Woolacombe, Putsborough and Saigon Sands are within a short drive. Not far to travel to Lynton and Lynmouth and aproximately 10 miles from the main town in North Devon Barnstaple. Many another attractions are close to, like Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. The space All the cottages count with a nice sized living room with smart tv and Echo dot, fully equipped kitchen that even includes a washing machine and a dishwasher, and toilets with bath and shower. We are situated in quite lane deep in country side. Our guests can enjoy a nice and silent nigth of rest after a busy day exploring the amazing nature life of Devon or simply have a out side barbecue or play indoors and outdoors games in family company, or even have a nice picnic in the field in a beautiful sunny day. Less then 2 miles of distance is the village Combe Martin where you gonna find great pubs that serve food, fish and chips take ways, coffee, ice cream shops, food shops and garage. Nearest big shops are Tescos (3 miles) and Lild (4 miles).
