Downstairs: we have a wide hallway leading to a large kitchen diner area with seating looking put into the private back garden and a cosy room to the front with a sofa and chair.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and one shower only bathroom.
Our house is on a lovely street, approximately 2 miles from the city of York. We're on a bus route so it's easy to get onto town with the family.
There is a lovely pub on the street also incase you want to pop out for a quick bite to eat.
We're close to the Vanguard shopping centre for easy shopping trips of you need something last minute and some food outlets.
