Property information

The perfect place for your relaxing getaway or family adventure. The entirety of this executive apartment is all yours, for the duration of your stay. It occupies the full first floor of an historic 19th century converted mill, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Cober Valley. Internally this light and spacious apartment has been remodelled throughout, to provide luxurious accommodation for up to six guests. Much emphasis has been placed on attention to detail and quality of finish.

Neighbourhood information

The property is nestled in the beautiful Cober Valley. The scenic St John’s Old Mill to Lowertown riverside trail begins just outside the property, it is a wonderful spot for cycling or hiking. Despite its tranquility, the old mill is just a short walk from Helston’s historic town centre and under a ten minute drive from Porthleven. Porthleven is famous for its culinary scene, beautiful beach and surf conditions.
