For vintage car or steam train enthusiasts Prescot Hill Climb is about a mile distance by car, hosting various car race events and very well preserved from bygone era the Winchcombe steam train station is 10 min walk from property. As the capital of hiking/walking in the U.K. Winchcombe offers many walk routes at door step. Belas Knap, the Neolithic long barrow (6miles circular walk) and Hails Abbey are only short walking distance from town centre through meadow and gentle rolling hills.
