Located just a 5-minute walk from the Black Sea and Ureki’s famous healing magnetite sands, our guest house is a peaceful retreat surrounded by tall pine trees and fresh sea air. The property spans 2,400 m² with a large garden—perfect for children to play or for guests to enjoy outdoor activities like football, badminton, or tennis. The guest house occupies the second floor of the main building and features two separate 8x8 m apartments, each with a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen (gas, hot water), private bathroom with shower, and balcony/terrace. Apartments are rented individually, making them ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The setting is calm and family-friendly, with the sound of waves and starry skies enhancing the atmosphere. Attractions such as the Dendrological Park, Miniature Georgia Museum, Black Sea Arena, and Tsitsinatela amusement park are within 20 minutes by car. The property is also close to the main road, offering easy bus or minibus connections to Ureki, Kobuleti, Batumi, and the train station.
