The property is a two story building. There are 3 rooms available, room nr.1, roomnr.2 and room nr.3. Room nr.1 and room nr.2 are located on the 1st floor, room nr.3 is located in mansard. Room nr.3 has 2 single beds (standing side-by-side) and 1 sofa bed. Room nr.1 has a double bed in size of 174 x 218cm for 2 people (+ kid if desired, for no additional charge). Room nr.2 has a double bed in size of 126 x 193cm. The room nr.3 also has a flat screen TV and nice view of Caucasus mountains and old city. All these 3 rooms have private bathroom . There is a large living room on the 1st floor which can be shared by all guest. Between the ground floor and the 1st floor there is a nice terrace.
We can prepare for you all kind of Georgian food (with surcharge). Indulge in lavish Georgian cousin, taste Georgian barbeque (mtsvadi) and treat yourself divine Georgian wine. We offer Georgian-wine tours with Mercedes ML270 for up to 6 people or with Mercedes Sprinter for up to 26 people, as well as Airport transfer. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. We speak Russian, Georgian and little English. In addition you can communicate with us on English and German through our translator on phone (we call the translator).
Enjoy stunning views of mountains. Relax and listen to birds singing sitting on the terrace. Explore the neighbourhood, visit 9th century Bodbe convent, XVII century St. Giorgi church, XVIII century Sighnaghi town wall and the Ethnographic museum. Enjoy an array of other activities including hiking, horse riding and much more.
