One of the entrance of the Lagodekhi protected areas is 50 meters distance from our guesthouse. The must see destinations: Black Rock Lake, Ninoskhevi waterfall, Machi castle are all around Ludwig Guesthouse. The guesthouse is also unique for its garden, full of fruits, greens and vegetables. We often try to cook for our guests, from the our garden. Breakfast eggs come from our chickens, greens for the salads are freshly picked right away, fruits, dry fruits, pumpkins, grapes for the homemade wine are all around surroundings. Guests favour mint tea is the guarantee of the peaceful sleep at Ludwig Guesthouse. We would also like to tell you about the name Ludwig. It comes from our second address Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1(opposite side Asatiani Str.28). Ludwig Mlokosevich was the Polish scientist who was on his expedition at Lagodekhi protected areas and by whose initiative later was founded Lagodekhi protected areas and one of the entrance to the national park of Lagodekhi, has his name and is from the side of our guesthouse. That why we decided to call the guesthouse the Ludwig - for the memory of the person who played the big role in founding our treasure Lagodekhi Protected Areas.

We are wife and husband: hostess Keto (Geologist, Accountant) and host Oto (Engineer, Builder) who left Tbilisi and decided to move to Lagodekhi as we love nature, handcrafting and everything what is homemade. When walker guests loved our garden and the place the idea of hosting guests appeared and in July 2017 we started this amazing hosting business, which is the big fun, great pleasure and favour thing to do.

The neighbourhood is the super friendly environment, guests love our neighbours, often they are invited to them for the coffee, which they enjoy a lot. Especially our neighbour Lali is guests favourite. On the other side in the neighbourhood we have our lovely wood and river, Lagodekhi Protected Areas.
