On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The front terrace is the best place to enjoy your morning tea/coffee or spend pleasant and warm evenings and listen to the sounds of the waves. Wooden stairs lead to the second floor, where the bedrooms have wooden floors and ceilings, which together with thermal insulation allow the house to breathe and cool it on hot summer days. The two front bedrooms have a shared balcony overlooking the front yard. The house is mainly furnished with locally produced wooden furniture. In the front yard, we have a stone table with two stone benches, outdoor shower hose, and a parking place. NOTE: the yard is not fenced; tap water is not drinkable
