The apartment "LA PLAYA" enjoys a sea view and is ideally located in Sainte-Anne (2 steps from everything), in a recently built and secure residence. It has access to the marvelous beach of the village (80m), its nautical activities and its restaurants. 'LA PLAYA' has: - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a large 140 cm bed and the other with 2 small 90 cm beds and a large built-in closet. - The living room with a sofa and an armchair, a table for 6 people, a television (28 channels), WIFI and unlimited telephone (DOM, Métropole) - The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster. - The bathroom receives a 90/90 shower and the washing machine. This apartment is new and was rented for the first time in February 2015.
