10 ApArt Boutique Apartments is a two-story building with Boutique apartments of 42m2-38m2 and 28m2, whose renovation was completed in 2021. The apartments have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room open to a kitchen. They have air conditioning in all areas, energy-efficient windows, solar water heater, washing machine, hair dryer, steam iron, smart-TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, cookware, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. They are fully furnished and equipped. Each apartment has its own private balcony overlooking the city. Depending on the length of stay, the apartments are cleaned periodically (every 3-4 days) at no extra charge to the customer. Originally from Kos and Nisyros, I live in Athens, and I spent my summers as a child in Nisyros. After graduating from the Gymnastics Academy, fatally in the renovation of my paternal home, I discovered in myself the gene of my family, the building constructions. So instead of being a fitness teacher, I found myself making my hobby a profession. 10ApArt boutique apartments is my 2nd project in the area of ​​rental apartments after Amaranti House n ’Art Nisiros. The renovation of a hotel in the 90's, was done entirely by my supervision in all stages of its construction. I find great interest in restorations and the materials I use marry tradition with modern technical methods. I consider it a great challenge in a small holiday space to be able to fit all the comforts of the modern era and to create a house that is easy to use, functional and elegant. From the walk you can tour the Old Town of Kos, the Archaeological Museum, see the Platanos of Hippocrates or enjoy your coffee and lunch on the cosmopolitan beach of Kos, or take a cool dip in the beaches in the city. You can make excursions to the surrounding islands with boats starting from the port very close to the accommodation.
