Welcome to Akonizia House, a stunning and newly built modern luxury house nestled in the picturesque Chania, Kavros, just 400m away from the pristine beach. This exquisite retreat is designed to offer you the epitome of comfort and relaxation, featuring a private pool and a host of amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay. Location: Akonizia is ideally situated, providing both serenity and convenience. Enjoy the tranquility of the location while being within walking distance to essential amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, greengrocer's, butcher shop, ATM, and an array of restaurants. The beautiful beach is a mere 400m away, inviting you to indulge in the soothing sounds of the waves. - Εvents are not allowed. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool at the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th - ( heated pool upon request/20 eur. per day)
