It consists of four indepentant buildings with parking areas, lounge areas, large verantas, paths and gardens including flowers and olive trees. The specific villa is private detached including two unsuite bedrooms on two floors, two large furnished open sea views verantas, a sitting room, a dining room while the coomon areas include a lounge area, private internal parking and open gym. Total villa area 110 sq meters. Every room is air conditioned, including also refrigarator, bottled water, coffee machine, safe, hair drier, beach towels, slippers and bath amenities. The property is adults only, no pets please while parties, events or prewedding preparations are not wellcomed.
