This is shared, and pet friendly accommodation located on the outskirts of the village Neohori in Mani. We offer one private room, with two double beds in the house, can accommodate up to 4 people. There is 1 shared main shower room with the landlady and a small WC with sink right next to it for the guests exclusively. The kitchen and living room can be fully used with cutlery and fresh towels provided along with the washing machine at no additional cost. The landlady has her own room and office where she spends most of her time. There are air-conditioning and TV in the room itself only, for the TV the guest needs to bring their own Chromecast or Amazon stick to watch. Pets are considered for a small extra charge. There are several cats and 2 dogs on the property, but outdoors only and are friendly. Owner lives in the house too but keeps mostly in her office room and spends many hours outside in her garden. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, especially in the evening, though we kindly ask noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm in respect of neighbors. The beach of Stoupa with shops are about a 7-minute drive from the house, and the nearest city of Kalamata is about an hour. In the evenings you can enjoy the peace and quiet sitting outside with a cooler breeze and enjoy the beautiful lights of the surrounded villages.

The house itself belongs to my mother who occupies the property.

Its a quite area with some other rental properties around but can enjoy peaceful nights and relaxation. There are two popular beaches in the area Stoupa and Kalogria and offer plenty of shops and restaurants .
