It is a modern, stylish 2-storey apartment, fully equipped, with all the amenities, where everything is made with care and a lot of love to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. It can accommodate up to 3 people. It has 1 large double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed. Everything is located on the second floor along with the wc-bathroom. It is located in an idyllic location in the coastal zone, in a central point, on the paved pedestrian street of the cathedral square. The panoramic view of the picturesque port of Kalymnos is enchanting. It combines the amenities of the city, (museums, restaurants, traditional taverns, supermarkets, means of transport, shops, etc.). It is just 7 minutes, on foot, from the organized sandy beach ''Kasonia'' and around 12 minutes from the beautiful, picturesque beach ''Gefyra''. There are stairs in the apartment, like in most multi-story houses in the city. There are 2 free public parking lots right very-very close.

It combines all the amenities of the city (museums, restaurants, traditional taverns, ouzeri, supermarkets, means of transport, shops, car and motorbike rental offices, etc.). It is just 7 minutes on foot from the organized sandy beach ''Kasonia'' and around 12 minutes from the beautiful, picturesque beach ''Gefyra''. It is located in the heart of the city, where one can easily explore the city, visit the museums, walk the small picturesque alleys and shops, visit the sponge processing areas, buy various traditional products (sponges, thyme honey, etc.) and taste the traditional cuisine and fresh fish at the ouzeri. It is close to public transport and a 8 minute walk from the main port. Ideal central location which makes the apartment suitable for holidays all year round and ideal for business trips.
