What makes the villa unique is its location, at the beginning of the village (just 5 minutes from downtown) and just 20m there is a bus stop to Fira. In the neighborhood you will also find two mini market, three restaurants, a wine shop, a cafe and a car rental office.
At 300 meters begins the village market. The villa is a unique crossroads, in the west side the path to Fira, (will take two and a half hours to follow it from Oia to Fira ). On the east side you will find the path to the traditional settlement Finikia (about 5 minutes) and from there the way for Sigalas winery (20 minutes) and Paradise Beach (30 minutes away). Near the beach Paradise is the beaches of Couloumbos and Pori.
